No account is needed to get started. Create a mobility, explore the full pathway, and send the invite from your own email. In this demo, your work is saved in your browser so you can return on the same device. Sign in when you want to upload documents, collaborate with your partner school, and keep everything in your school workspace across devices.
No. The European Commission Beneficiary Module stays the system of record for funding and final reporting. eMobilities+ is the coordination layer alongside it, covering agreements, documents, and day-to-day tasks before and during the mobility.
Today we focus on coordinating mobilities with partners you already know or have been introduced to through your network. Trusted details (stays, host companies, and what worked) grow from mobilities you complete on the platform. We have thought about broader partner discovery for the future, and may develop it if coordinators ask for it. If you would like to see this feature, tell us using the Give feedback button in the top navigation.
Yes. Your partner opens the invite link as a guest, with no account required on first contact. They can review the mobility and complete their side of the partnership agreement in step 1. Signing in is optional later if they want to save their school profile and continue on the platform.
This is a demo, and we plan to offer eMobilities+ for free while we learn what coordinators need. If usage grows significantly, we may introduce a modest monthly or yearly subscription to cover running costs. KA121/KA122 beneficiaries (schools, VET centres, adult education providers, and other accredited organisations) can typically fund tools like this from Erasmus organisational support; confirm with your National Agency.
